Social Housing Contractor looking for Carpenters to join the repairs and maintenance team on a Social Housing Contract.

The successful candidate will be carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties and must be able to work alone.

The candidate will have their own tools and safety boots

This is a mobile role and therefore a full UK Driving Licence will be required. The client will provide a Van, Fuel Card, and PDA to complete your duties.

Duties will include:

- Hanging doors

- Door frame repair/renew

- Window frames UPVC/wood

- Glazing

- Locks and latches, forced entries

- Kitchen Unit worktops

- Bath panel stud work

- Skirting and architraves

- Forced entry

- Staircase repairs

- Flooring repair/renew

Secondary trades such as patch plastering, making good, basic plumbing.

40 hours per week PAID

1 hour lunch break UNPAID

Monday to Friday

8am - 5pm

Temp to Perm
