This global wealth manager is currently seeking an experienced incentives lawyer to join its EMEA Employment Legal Team.
In this mixed incentives/employment role, you will be part of a team of employment lawyers and be responsible for:
- providing advice on UK and EU Regulatory requirements in respect of compensation and benefits;
- drafting and advising on incentives plans and awards agreements;
- advising on implementation and management of employee benefit plans; and
- advising on corporate employment matters such as redundancies, employment and settlement agreements and TUPE.
You will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE gained in the incentives/employment department of a top City law firm and have gained experience in the Financial Services (banking/asset management) sector.
This role will suit a lawyer who can work as part of a team, yet autonomously in a fast-paced and friendly team. Great package and flexible working on offer.
