Regional IT Manager
Swindon | £60,000 - £70,000 | Microsoft 365 | Azure | Infrastructure

A well-established engineering and manufacturing business is looking to recruit a Regional IT Manager to oversee IT operations across multiple UK locations.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you will take responsibility for infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity and day-to-day IT operations across the business.

The Regional IT Manager will work closely with leadership teams and site managers to ensure reliable and secure IT systems across the organisation.

The role involves regular travel between Swindon and Leicester, with the expectation of being on site approximately 4 days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Managing Microsoft 365, Azure and infrastructure environments
• Supporting multiple UK sites and acting as senior IT lead
• Infrastructure, networking and security oversight
• Managing IT vendors and external support providers
• Leading IT projects and system improvements
• Acting as the escalation point for complex IT issues

Experience required

• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
• Azure and cloud infrastructure experience
• Strong infrastructure and networking knowledge
• Experience supporting multi-site environments
• Strong hands-on technical background
