Your new role

As a Credit Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient credit control processes and ensuring the smooth running of customer accounts. Your duties will include:

• Managing customer accounts and updating credit information
• Monitoring aged debt and proactively chasing overdue payments
• Processing credit applications and conducting credit checks
• Reconciling accounts and resolving invoice or payment discrepancies
• Communicating confidently with customers and internal teams
• Supporting month-end activities and general credit administration

This role suits someone who is organised, detail-focused, and confident working with both numbers and people.What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in credit control, credit administration, or a similar accounts role
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• A proactive, organised approach to workload management
• Experience in retail or wholesale is beneficial but not essential.
