We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team in Cambridge. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and aims to provide high-quality early childhood education.

• Plan and implement educational activities that cater to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
• Monitor and assess the development of children, ensuring that the activities meet the emotional, educational, and physical needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the learning environment.
• Engage with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress and needs.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and any incidents that occur.

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience working in an early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
