Retail Team Driver - Merchandising Team (Own Vehicle Required)
Location: Slough
Rate: £13.73 per hour (including holiday pay)
Hours: 4-5 shifts per week (Sunday to Thursday, mostly nights)

We're hiring Retail Team Drivers to join a busy and growing merchandising team. You'll need to be hands-on, reliable, and have access to your own vehicle to transport yourself and a small team of merchandisers to and from each shift.

This is a practical, fast-paced role where no two nights are the same. Ideal for someone looking for regular work with variety, travel, and the chance to be part of a national field team.

What you'll be doing:

Driving yourself and a small team to retail sites across the region

Setting up stock displays using planograms and store layouts

Restocking shelves and adjusting fixtures as needed

Moving goods from stockrooms to the shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks

Working as part of a wider team led by a Team Manager or Store Management

Using a smartphone to manage your shifts and clock in/out

Key requirements:

Full UK driving licence

Access to your own roadworthy vehicle

Confident with night work and long shifts (typically 12 hours)

Must be 21 or over (due to insurance restrictions for drivers)

Retail or merchandising experience is a bonus, but full training is provided
