The Capital Recruitment Group is a leading recruitment company providing staffing support across the Northwest. We have exciting opportunities for Experienced Multi Drop Van Drivers to join our client's team in Leeds LS10 1RZ, with immediate starts available. This role is temp-to-perm for the right candidate, offering a pathway to a rewarding, long-term career.

Position Overview:

* Schedule: Monday to Friday

* Hours: Start at 08:00 AM, with shifts typically ranging from 7 to 12 hours depending on the route.

* Standard Rate: £14.04 per hour

* Overtime & Saturdays: £14.21 per hour

* Sundays: £18.45 per hour

* Potential Earnings: Up to £702 per week with weekday shifts alone, and up to £1,028.60 per week with weekend overtime included.

Key Responsibilities:

* Safely operate a long wheel-based van/Sprinter van, delivering to 60+ stops per day, with gradual increases as you build confidence.

* Deliver to both residential and commercial addresses following provided routes.

* Adhere to work processes, standard operating procedures, and workplace guidelines.

* Accurately sequence the route on the PDA, ensuring efficient deliveries.

Requirements:

* Valid full UK driving licence (no more than 6 minor points; IN, DD, DR, and TT99 codes are not permitted).

* Experience driving a 3.5t van and previous multi-drop experience are essential.

* Strong customer service skills - we're looking for friendly and helpful individuals who are comfortable engaging with customers.

* Physically capable of handling parcels up to 30kg and loading them into the van.

* DBS clearance required due to the nature of our client's business (the vetting process can take up to 48 hours following an interview).
