Electrical Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager

A growing electrical contractor delivering commercial projects across London is looking to appoint an Electrical Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to strengthen their commercial team.

This role will suit someone with strong electrical project experience who enjoys managing the commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account.

The Role

• Managing commercial aspects of electrical projects
• Subcontractor procurement and package management
• Valuations, variations and cost reporting
• Supporting project delivery teams with commercial guidance
• Negotiating contracts and managing subcontract accounts
• Preparing final accounts and financial reporting
• Working closely with project managers and directors

Requirements

• Experience working as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager
• Background within M&E / Electrical contracting
• Experience delivering commercial or infrastructure projects
• Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
