Day-to-day of the role: - Provide regulated bespoke pension advice to both new and existing group pension members.
- Offer group pension transfer advice as required.
- Deliver specialist advice and recommendations to support informed decision-making for members.
- Undertake site visits and follow up on potential leads from corporate consultants.
- Create and present effective presentations to group pension members, either onsite or remotely.
- Maintain up-to-date CPD, IO, and Compliance records.
- Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the company professionally at events and support business projects to meet client needs and business objectives.
- Manage personal time effectively to achieve objectives and key milestones, including personal development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Excellent knowledge of all types of pension arrangements.
- Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) is required.
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage own workload effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to implement workable solutions.
- Good technical knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases.
