We are an information management company and are seeking an organized and dependable individual to join our Account Management team. As an Assistant Account Manager, you will: 1) answer calls on a multi-line system and help with a variety of needs, including how to help customers navigate our online web application; 2) respond to customer service emails; 3) manage the group email account; 4) review vendor documents for accuracy and request corrections, as necessary; 5) provide support to company employees; and 6) perform other duties as assigned. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The ideal job candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience working in an office setting, or have, or be working toward a degree in a related field. Skills and knowledge: A high degree of competency in writing skills and excellent oral skills are a must. Proficiency in Windows environment using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet browsers. Sharp attention to detail. Ability to manage a variety of detailed tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and with accuracy to meet objectives and satisfy internal and external customer needs. Excellent communication skills including helpfulness and patience in dealing with customers over the phone. Exceptional problem-solving skills.
