Valpak of Southeast Wisconsin serving the greater Milwaukee metro area is seeking a qualified Sales Executive to service the Milwaukee, Mequon, Menomonee Falls, Brookfield, and Waukesha areas.
Sell multimedia campaigns that include Valpak print products, Valpak.com, and a full suite of digital media products
New business development is the primary focus (prospecting, presenting, and closing new clients)
Identifying the advertising decision makers and determining their needs in developing integrated marketing solutions and matching our product portfolio to their needs.
Daily prospecting by in-person cold calling, telephone appointment setting, emailing, online category research and social networking.
Create and manage prospect/client databases (SalesForce)
Conduct face to face presentations, closing selling opportunities, renewing, managing and maintaining acquired business to drive revenue and achieve overall revenue goals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales revenue budgets.
Qualifications for Sales Executive
Sales Experience in advertising or online media preferred, but will consider strong outside sales experience in other fields.
Proven track record in driving sales results.
Should possess a Hunter Mentality with strong cold-calling, business development, and prospecting skills
Self-motivated, competitive with a desire to succeed
College degree preferred.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and listening skills
Excellent compensation (base pay plus high commission rate) First Year Earning Potential $50-$65K based on performance. On target earnings = $55,000.
