Teaching Assistant Role near the Coast in West Kirby!

What You'll Do:

You will be the vital link between the teacher and the students, helping to create a positive learning environment. Your key duties include:

  • Provide direct support to students with their classwork and learning activities.
  • Help children develop literacy skills by listening to them read and assisting with phonics and writing tasks.
  • Assist the class teacher by managing resources, setting up activities, and ensuring the classroom is tidy.
  • Supervise children during lessons, breaks, and mealtimes, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Encourage and manage good behaviour, acting as a positive and friendly influence.
