Administrator, FTC (12 months)
£18,500 - £20,000 DOE
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm/8.30am-5.30am

Hales Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator on behalf of our prestigious manufacturing client based in Thetford. As an Administrator you will provide administrative and technical support to the NPD department, by managing paperwork, dealing with suppliers and providing assistance where needed.

What will you be doing?
* Data Entry
* Updating and maintaining documentation
* Ordering, sending and tracking samples
* Answering questions and providing relevant documentation to other departments or suppliers, as and when necessary.
Who are you?
* Previous experience as an administrator
* Experience of working in a technical team and in an office environment would be beneficial
* Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
* The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively
* Ability to work well under pressure
