A fast-growing and exciting start-up is looking to expand their small close-knit team. A truly fast-paced environment, the business is currently exceeding every target set at the beginning of 2020. Based in a collaborative studio in West London, this role will also involve 2/3 days of remote working, you will be part of an ambitious set-up and have a drive to continue to push their success forward.

The role itself will involve extensive support on an operational and finance level, as well as occasional support to an Account Manager. As an Operations Assistant, the role will have many facets so you must have excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills, a high level of numeracy with a strong eye for detail, engage your ability to solve problems and create effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office-based operations role with exposure to supply chain and retail administration, but your attitude and work ethic will be an extremely important factor. Outgoing, personable and a great team player, this is going to be a fantastic opportunity to join a venture that is really going places.
