Are you experienced in Group Risk and Healthcare schemes and looking for your next move?

We’re working with a forward-thinking IFA who is seeking a Group Risk Consultant to join their established Employee Benefits team. You’ll be supporting clients with scheme renewals, market reviews, and member queries, while producing clear reports and recommendations.

You’ll act as a trusted point of contact for employers and providers, ensuring smooth administration across Group Risk and Healthcare products (GLA, GIP, PMI, Dental, Cash Plans).

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Group Risk/Healthcare market reviews and renewals.
• Strong communication skills with confidence handling client queries.
• Knowledge of pensions and wider employee benefits desirable.
• Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• CII/GR1 qualifications a bonus, but not essential.
