We are currently seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist to join an NHS service in Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a GPhC-registered pharmacist with proven hospital experience to support a busy clinical pharmacy team.

Key Requirements:

GPhC Registered Pharmacist

Minimum 6 months of recent NHS hospital experience

*

Confident working independently and within a multidisciplinary team

*

Clinical ward or dispensary experience preferred
