We are seeking a skilled Workshop Plant Fitter to maintain, repair, and assemble plant machinery in our clients workshop in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a hands-on, mechanical role with a focus on quality and safety.

Overview:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair plant machinery and equipment.

• Assemble and disassemble machinery components as needed.

• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out preventive maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Work collaboratively with workshop team to meet operational goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plant fitter or mechanical workshop technician.

• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety.

• Relevant certifications or experience in welding, fabrication, or hydraulics is desirable.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: £45,000 per year

• Monday-Friday
