Job Description:

SMART Education would like to recruit a Behaviour Improvement Leader.

These positions will be offering additional support within secondary schools in Telford.

These positions commence ASAP potentially until the end of the academic year.

The schools are looking to hold interviews and lesson observations as soon as possible.

The schools recognise that creativity enhances children's academic, social and mental well-being and should not be compromised. They truly believe in having the child at the heart of learning. They like to collaborate with local communities, schools, and beyond and require people who have prior experience in:

• Monitor the Targeted Teacher Presence required to support teachers.

• Co-ordinate the response to (ECO) emergency call-outs by the behaviour team.

• Support teachers in class who are experiencing challenging behaviours from students.

• Follow up on incidents on behalf of HOH and SLT involving students, taking statements.

• Be a visible presence across the academy, modelling expected behavioural routines and effective behaviour management techniques that build on a restorative approach

Experiences Required: 12 months experience of working in office work and/or working within a school environment.

Salary: £22.789 - £23.696 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
