• Experience as a Senior Sous Chef, Sous Chef, or Head Chef
• Background in restaurant or hotel kitchens
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of fresh food, hygiene, and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Minimum 3 years chef experience required
• Driving licence preferred
