Production Leader / Manager

About the Role:
My client is seeking a motivated and skilled Production Leader / Manager to join their team and drive operational excellence in a precision manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily production activities to meet company goals

*

Ensure on-time delivery of all customer orders

*

Liaise with customers to manage expectations and provide updates

*

Maintain the highest quality standards across all operations

Additional Responsibilities & Skills:

*

Organise and oversee recurring ISO9001/14001/45001 activities, including machine maintenance and fire safety compliance

*

Ensure Health & Safety standards meet current legislation

*

Support customer and business development alongside the Senior Management team

*

Understand basic financial concepts including mark-ups, margins, gross and net profits

*

High level of competency with MS Office

*

Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems and willingness to learn company-specific systems

*

Strong technical background with awareness of manufacturing and machining techniques

Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 - DOE
