An established and forward-thinking security systems provider is looking for a skilled Security Installations Engineer to join their growing team. You'll be working with a wide range of integrated security systems - including intruder alarms, access control and IP-based CCTV - in a hands-on field-based role.

What You'll Be Doing:

Install, service, and maintain intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems

*

Carry out diagnostics and repairs in line with current standards (BS EN, PD6662, GDPR)

*

Support scheduled maintenance and project work across customer sites

*

Accurately complete job sheets, service reports, and customer handovers

*

Update job status using simPRO software (full training provided)

*

Take part in an on-call rota (additional pay applies)

What You'll Need:

*

Hands-on experience installing and servicing CCTV, access control and intruder alarms

*

Familiarity with systems such as Texecom, Honeywell, Hikvision, Paxton, or similar

*

Working knowledge of IP-based security systems and networked devices

*

Confidence reading site plans, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings

*

A full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 points)

Desirable extras (not essential):

*

Valid ECS/CSCS card

*

SSAIB or NSI experience

*

Manufacturer-specific training

*

Awareness of GDPR compliance in security systems
