What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities may include:

1. Childcare & Development

Help children with daily routines (e.g. feeding, dressing)

Support children's learning through play, storytelling, and activities

Encourage social skills and positive behaviour

Monitor children's physical and emotional development

2. Health & Safety

Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment

Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures

Supervise children indoors and outdoors at all time

3. Daily Routine Support

Help prepare meals and snacks

Feed and help with weaning if working with babies

Change nappies and assist with potty training

Put children down for naps or rest time

4. Teamwork & Communication

Work closely with nursery practitioners, room leaders, and managers

Communicate with parents about their child's day and progress

Keep records or help update learning journals

Who We're Looking For

A Full and Valid UK Drivers License
Aged 18 or over, with the right to work in the UK
Able to communicate clearly and confidently in English
Flexible and able to travel independently to different care locations
Willing to apply for an enhanced DBS (we'll help with the process)
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering person-centred care
