Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

🧩 About the Role:

Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching for pupils across KS2-KS4, with a focus on PMLD and complex needs
Plan, adapt, and differentiate engaging lessons to meet EHCP outcomes, developmental milestones, and sensory requirements
Support pupils' holistic development-academic, social, emotional, and communication skills
Collaborate closely with the SENCO, learning support staff, therapists, and families to provide a consistent and effective approach
Monitor pupil progress, contribute to reports, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetingsWhat We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in an SEN or PMLD setting, or strong SEND knowledge within mainstream education
A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach to behaviour management and complex needs
Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to supporting every pupil's progress
Creativity, patience, and ability to develop personalised, meaningful learning experiencesTo Be Eligible You Must:

Hold the Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or be willing to apply)
