Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years specialist looking for your next rewarding role? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to join a friendly and nurturing Early Years setting in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact during a crucial stage of children's development.

As a Nursery Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, child-centred learning in line with the EYFS framework. You'll create a warm, stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to explore. You will work alongside a supportive team who share a commitment to exceptional early years education.

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities within the EYFS framework
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Track and assess children's progress, identifying areas of development
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external partners
• Ensure safeguarding, welfare, and behaviour expectations are met at all times
• Work collaboratively with other Early Years practitioners and leadership

• QTS, EYTS, or equivalent early years qualification
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• A caring, energetic, and child-focused approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
