More about the role: - Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering personal sales results
- Support the Store Manager in running daily operations - stock, compliance & reporting
- Motivate and coach the team to hit sales and service targets
- Ensure every customer leaves with the right product and a smile
- Help create a welcoming, customer-first environment
- Step up in the Store Manager’s absence, taking full responsibility for the store
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve performance
Successful applicant: - Background in retail or assisted sales, ideally telecoms or tech
- Strong sales record - target-driven and results-focused
- Ready to take on leadership responsibility while staying hands-on
- Confident, proactive, and commercially aware
- Great communicator who can build trust with both customers and colleagues
- Passionate about tech and always up to date with the latest products
- Ambitious, positive, and eager to grow into a Store Manager role
