Job Title: Chef de Partie

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 (Negotiable, depending on experience)

Are you a passionate and driven Chef de Partie looking for your next opportunity in a dynamic and supportive kitchen environment? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established hospitality venue in Leicester seeking a talented individual to join their professional kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Help train and support junior kitchen staff when required
• Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up
• Passion for food, with a keen eye for detail and presentation
• Good knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
