  • About The Opportunity

    A Global Asset Managment company in New York City is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their staff as their new Executive / Personal Assistant   In this role, the Executive Assistant / Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support to the Principal of the company.

  • 90-120  DOE / Plus 2 Bonuses Annually

  • EA/PA to the CEO/President

    Investment manager/advisory firm


    Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm/6:00pm


     Manage ever‐changing business and personal calendar (Outlook)

     Proactively follow up with CEO and his wife to align daily schedules and trips

     Arrange international travel including all related logistics with AMEX

     Compose detailed itineraries for CEO and his wife, including check‐in

     Arrange international travel for team members with travel agent

     Screen CEO's emails and incoming calls, redirect as necessary

     Maintain, update and distribute meeting notes in Word

     Maintain and update contacts in Excel

     Compose (via dictation by CEO) emails, memos and routine correspondence

     CEO does his own expenses, no expense reporting!

     Lots of internal coverage such as travel management, recruiting, events, ad‐hoc   but  primary responsibilities are with CEO and his family

     Work closely with office manager to provide phone/vacation coverage and back up 
  •  Greet guests in a professional, courteous manner

     General administrative tasks for professionals as assigned and required

     Ad‐hoc tasks for business or personal



     7‐15 years of Senior/C level EA/PA experience - must have finance experience

     Bachelor's Degree highly preferred

     Very polished, articulated and presentable - dealing with a lot of clients as the face of the company

     Sophisticated, someone who is up to date on the world around them

     Language skills (German, French, Italian and/or Spanish) - most clients are European

     Proven ability to work independently and demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands

     Must demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude towards given tasks

     Energetic (has spunk!) and loyal

     Knowledge of European cities, airports, etc would be a big advantage

     Exemplary interpersonal skills necessary to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Role

    continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy

     Superb written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail when composing and

    proofing materials required

     Team‐oriented and collaborative attitude is a must

     Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

     Working knowledge of office administrative procedures and operating standard office equipment
