We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team, working on retail and commercial contracts across the North of Scotland (Aberdeen to Inverness and down to Perth).

This is a varied role where you'll not only work on AC systems but also assist with general facilities maintenance (FM) tasks. You'll be part of a supportive team environment and will take part in a 1-in-4 on-call rota, with travel time fully paid.

What You'll Do:

Carry out installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC systems.

*

Undertake reactive and planned maintenance tasks across retail and commercial sites.

*

Assist with general FM tasks when required.

*

Respond to emergency breakdowns as part of the on-call rota (1-in-4 weeks).

*

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.

*

Communicate with clients and site managers to ensure smooth job completion.

What We're Looking For:

*

F-Gas qualification (Category 1) and proven experience in air conditioning systems.

*

A solid understanding of HVAC and general building services.

*

Flexibility to cover a large region (Aberdeen - Inverness - Perth).

*

Willingness to undertake general FM tasks alongside AC work.

*

Full UK driving licence (company van provided).

*

A customer-focused, proactive, and reliable attitude.
