The Opportunity

A highly regarded commercial property advisory firm is seeking a RICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join its specialist Retail team.

You will work directly alongside the firm's sole Retail Valuer, making this an exceptional opportunity for learning, mentorship, and rapid career development within a niche and in-demand sector.

The Role

* Valuation of retail and trading assets including convenience stores, roadside retail (petrol stations), garden centres and other operational properties

* Analysis of trading performance, accounts and leases

* Preparation of high-quality valuation reports

* Client interaction with banks, investors and operators

* Compliance with RICS standards

* Support business development activity

About You

RICS Chartered (MRICS/FRICS) essential

Commercial valuation background required

Retail experience beneficial but not essential

Candidates from purely office, industrial or logistics backgrounds unlikely to be suitable

Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills

Willing to travel across the UK
