Drama or Creative Arts (for creative classroom support)

Graduate Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:

Support teaching staff in delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils, including those with additional needs

Assist with classroom activities, behaviour support, and learning resources

Provide emotional and academic support to pupils throughout the school day

Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

What we're looking for in a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

A degree (or final year student) in a relevant subject

Previous experience with children in any setting is a bonus

A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for working with young learners

A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
