Jewish Family and Children’s Services helps people work through the problems in their lives – whether it’s a major life transition, or support to face other challenges. We have over 40 programs, including home care for seniors, therapy for children, youth volunteer programs, and services for people with disabilities.
We are currently looking for a dynamic Senior Assistant to the Executive Office.
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, board leaders and board committee members; schedule trainings, gatherings, board and committee meetings and make them technically and logistically seamless, as well as handling general office duties, calendaring, spreadsheets and reports.
If you are a collaborative and confident administrative professional with three to five years’ experience supporting C-level executives in a mid-sized organization, with the proven ability to work independently, we’d love to talk to you. Passion for our humanitarian mission is a must, non-profit and board experience are a definite plus!
