JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you seeking a financially rewarding career in professional outside sales and sales management? Our Regional Sales Manager opportunity is for individuals interested in the security of building their own business base without requiring any investment or working capital.
The Regional Sales Manager will oversee an exclusive sales territory in your area with a regional population of over 4 million and will:


Direct outside sales / account management team to promote B2B profit recovery, outsourcing, and collections services to businesses

Be responsible for new business development and developing new relationships with prospective clients to ensure sales quotas

Create sales presentations and proposals and negotiate service contracts.

Provide weekly sales updates to executive management


Job Responsibilities


The ideal Regional Sales Manager will have an assertive, aggressive results-oriented attitude. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will enjoy a flexible schedule with no required evenings or weekends or significant travel. The Regional Sales Manager will direct outside sales activities within an exclusive territory and will participate in other sales management activities such as:

Meeting with and developing new B2B profit recovery and cash flow solutions for commercial clients in all industries and of all sizes

Leading sales and marketing efforts within regional territory

Providing outstanding customer service to existing and prospective clients to retain, renew, and build sales base

Strategic planning and coordination to further promote, market, and sell profit recovery, outsourcing, and collections services to corporate customers


The Regional Sales Manager will have an entrepreneurial desire to succeed and have a proven track record in sales, outside sales, business development, and sales management. The successful Regional Sales Manager will also have:


Solid computer skills with internet experience

Experience and ability to deal with executive level business people in a professional manner

Background in recruiting, training, and developing a direct sales team

AmerAssist is licensed in all states where required and a refundable bonding fee or materials and equipment deposit may be required for some positions

Leadership aptitude and work ethic to lead by example in marketing B2B profit recovery, outsourcing, and collections services.
