Production Operative - Weekend Shift

Location: Huntingdon
Hours: 34 hours per week
Shift Pattern:

Friday: 5 hours
Saturday: 12 hours
Sunday: 12 hours
Monday: 5 hours

Your Role:

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Production Operative to join our weekend shift team in our busy Print, Dye Sublimation, and Fabrication departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate large-format printers 
Interpret job specifications to ensure accurate setup and materials.
Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean working area.
Prepare jobs for fabrication measuring, templating, and hand trimming.
Finish products by welding, eyeleting, and completing quality inspections.
Coordinate with team members to ensure jobs are completed to spec and on schedule.
Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For Experience & Knowledge:

Hands-on experience within a Manufacturing or Production environment
Willing to learn attitude
Skills & Attributes:

Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with MIS systems and basic IT skills.
Team player with great communication skills.
Flexible, dependable, and willing to work overtime if required.
Consistently punctual with a proactive mindset
