Job Duties:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Mathematics to ECT students
Assess and evaluate student progress to provide constructive feedback
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement
Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies and resources
Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities

Required Qualifications:

PGCE qualification
Degree in Mathematics

Education:

PGCE, Mathematics degree

Experience:

Experience in teaching Mathematics preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum for Mathematics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
Effective classroom management techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional training in teaching methodologies
Experience working with ECT students

Working Conditions:

Typical school hours, Monday to Friday
