Account Manager - Commercial Recruitment

We have an established portfolio that needs a strong account manager to service from inception to completion. You will have experience of face to face and telephone CRM duties and be hungry to excel and develop into a Senior Account Manager. No Recruitment experience needed full training on industry best practice available.  

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced business to business Account Manager to be responsible for recruitment service delivery to a long standing active client portfolio.

You will be part of our very busy established team working with experienced consultants and supportive Manager/Director.

Client Account Management - To maximise sales and growth through programmed marketing activity within existing client accounts and developing them to their full potential.

Recruitment - To effectively control applicant recruitment, screening, interviewing and registering of relevant applicants in order to meet the needs of existing and prospective clients.

Service - To ensure client expectations are being matched by offering a consistently reliable and responsive quality recruitment service.

Applicant Care - To manage the expectations of applicants and effectively match their career goals, as well as offer career guidance and advice as needed.

Business Planning - Effective time planning to achieve revenue targets, analysis of figures/trends in performance and delivery of minimum Key Performance Indicators.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years commercial customer service, marketing, events or professional services experience.  In return you will benefit from an excellent salary, commission structure, benefits package and scope to progress your career further.
