Adecco have an exciting opportunity for a temporary Recruitment Administrator to join our highly sought after and prestigious account based in Hampshire (Portsmouth area). We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and positive person to join our team and provide a proficient and high-quality service to our client, through recruiting and management of our growing temporary workforce.

Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

Salary: £12.79 per hours - £13 per hour

Temp to Perm role with Adecco

On site Monday - Friday

8:30am - 4:30pm

Role and responsibilities:

  • Candidate sourcing and recruitment for roles
  • Onboarding all new starters, issuing contracts, and setting them up on the systems
  • Running weekly payroll for all temporary workers including holiday and processing sick pay and maternity/paternity pay forms
  • Assisting temporary workers with any general queries or issues
  • Assisting with daily/weekly reporting
  • Maintain relationships with the key client contacts/decision makers at all levels
  • Building relationships with our workers
  • Recruit quality candidates and be responsible for their aftercare whilst on assignment with Adecco and the client
  • Provide effective leadership, including communicating the Company's vision, direction, and values; raising levels of morale, motivation, and retention; positive communication; and creating a working environment where colleagues will want to work here and share in our success.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience within a similar role, including ability to assist in recruitment, payroll and scheduling tasks
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external workers
  • Time management, prioritisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Good knowledge of MS office packages and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Knowledge of HR procedures, disciplinary procedures and Right to Work policies
