1st Line IT Support Engineer - Uxbridge, London - £22K
Up to £22K depending on experience
A well-established business based in West London is looking for a First line Support Engineer to join their team ASAP. They require someone who has experience providing IT and Desktop Support via a Help/Service desk to internal users.
The role will entail supporting the company's users, dealing with IT Service Desk requests and helping to resolve all IT issues. This role also includes; new equipment roll-out, project work and infrastructure upgrades and configuration of company technological assets.
This role will take you to 2nd and 3rd line positions as there are many paths for progression within the organisation.
