About the Role

You will take on the role of class teacher in Key Stage 2, supported by an experienced and approachable leadership team. With a full induction programme, dedicated mentor, and regular release time, we're committed to helping you grow in confidence, build excellent teaching practice, and develop your own teaching style.

You'll deliver engaging, creative lessons that challenge and support pupils, while contributing to a collaborative year group team. In return, we offer the structure, encouragement, and professional development that ECTs need to flourish.
