Multi-modal freight forwarding

Exim is looking for an Operations Co-ordinator to join our growing operations team. This is a genuinely multi-modal role covering European road freight, with exposure to air and sea freight, offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to manage shipments from start to finish.

The Role

• Coordinating global freight movements, with an emphasis on European road freight.
• Managing shipments end-to-end, from booking through to delivery
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers
• Liaising with hauliers, shipping lines, and overseas partners
• Monitoring shipments and resolving issues efficiently
• Maintaining accurate operational records

About You

• Minimum 1 year recent freight forwarding/logistics experience
• European road freight experience essential
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Keen to learn and develop across multiple modes
