Aluminium Window & Door Fabricator

On-site role | Up to£17 per hour | Full-time (39 hours per week)

Are you an experienced Aluminium Window & Door Fabricator, or someone looking to develop hands-on skills in a growing industry? We’re looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our workshop team fabricating high-quality aluminium curtain walling, windows, and doors. Enhanced pay rates for candidates with experience and skilled in window and door fabrication.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Fabricating aluminium curtain walling, doors, and windows
• Working with industry systems including Schueco, Reynaers, Aluprof, and Seniors
• Following technical fabrication drawings
• Using hand tools and workshop machinery including CNC if applicable
• Supporting general workshop and production duties
• Operating a forklift (training provided)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in aluminium fabrication preferred (but training can be provided)
• Ability to work from technical drawings
• A practical, hands-on approach
• Good attention to quality and detail
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well within a team environment

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:15pm
• Friday: 8:30am – 4:15pm
• Lunch break: 45 minutes
• Total: 39 hours per week
