Job Title: Experienced Architect

Location: Welshpool

Salary: £45,000 per annum

My client is a RIBA-chartered practice who take pride in delivering an incredibly diverse range of projects, including those for the local council, conservation projects, residential and multi-million pound commercial developments. They're seeking a motivated individual to contribute to innovative design and pursue coveted awards, whilst supporting their reputation as the best architects in Mid Wales.

They're based on the Powys/Shropshire borders where the pace of life is relaxed, but the ambitions of clients are incredibly high, with fast-paced ideas and sustainability at the forefront. My client is looking for a motivated and experienced Architect to join their team. I'm looking for an experienced Architect who is:

* Ideally with over 3 years' post qualification experience

* Experienced in the use of AutoCAD and Revit, but training also provided.

* Confident in working and communicating with clients, local authorities and contractors.

* Strong written and verbal skills.

* Used to working to Welsh or English Building Regulations

The role will include:

* Liaising with clients

* Preparation of design/planning drawings.

* Preparation of construction packages.

* 3D modelling.

* On-Site works.

* Project management.
