We're recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician to join a modern, well-equipped workshop in Inverness working a 4-night week, offering excellent earning potential and strong work-life balance.

Working Pattern

Monday - Thursday

* 21:00 - 07:15

* 4-night week = great work/life balance

The Role

* Service, maintain & repair HGVs to high standards

* Diagnose mechanical, electrical & hydraulic faults

* Complete MOT prep and safety inspections

* Road test vehicles (where licensed)

* Support breakdowns and field assistance when required

* Maintain accurate digital job records

* Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

* Support and mentor apprentices where needed

About You

* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance

* Experience working as an HGV Technician or completed apprenticeship

* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

* Reliable, proactive, and team-focused approach

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop
