A highly regarded independent Pre-Prep School in Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.

As a Teaching Assistant in this nurturing and supportive school environment, you will:

• Assist in delivering lesson plans and activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

• Use creative resources and techniques to motivate and inspire young learners.

• Support children's development across a range of areas, including personal, social, and emotional skills.

• Work closely with class teachers and other staff to ensure a high standard of learning and care.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a child's early development within a creative and dynamic setting.

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Proven experience supporting young children’s learning and development

• A strong understanding of individual pupil needs and how to meet them

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach

• Flexibility, reliability, and a ‘can-do’ mindset
