Administrator - Government Client

Are you a highly organised and proactive Administrator looking for a long-term contract in a busy, high-impact environment?

We're working with a government client seeking an experienced Administrator to support senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. This is a varied and dynamic role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Location: Full-time on-site in Cheltenham
Security Clearance: You will need to undergo DV clearance (can take ~12 months; you may work other roles during this time)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide admin support to section management and practice leads
  • Maintain team Intranet site and assist with workforce planning
  • Support financial tracking, reporting, and planning activities
  • Coordinate accommodation requests and team planning events
  • Work closely with BAs, PMs, Solution Architects, and finance leads
  • Assist with compiling reports and supporting business unit operations

Key Skills:

  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders independently
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative environment
