Cover Supervisors - Hayes

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons and managing classroom behaviour in the absence of the teacher
• Ensuring students remain engaged and on task
• Supporting the school in maintaining a positive learning environment
• Responding to any questions or queries from students regarding the lesson

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or within an educational setting (desirable)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Confidence in delivering lessons to a variety of year groups and subjects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a proactive approach to challenges
