As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will work closely with teachers to support pupils with a range of needs, including special educational needs and behavioural challenges. You will assist with lesson delivery, provide one-to-one and small group support, and help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

What We're Looking For

A committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with empathy and patience
A Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with the ability to support pupils with learning difficulties and behavioural needs
A proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) who can work collaboratively with teachers and staff
a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with good communication skills and basic literacy/numeracy
Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or similar role is desirable
A Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with the willingness to undertake training (e.g., Makaton, Team Teach, positive behaviour management)
