Shift Pattern: Double Day Shift (Rotating)

  • Week 1: 06:00 am - 02:00 pm

  • Week 2: 02:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities:As a CNC Setter/Operator, you will:

  • Set up and operate 3-axis milling machines to produce precision components
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
  • Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Familiarity with measuring tools and quality control standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
