The Role

As the FMR Manager, you'll take ownership of the Asset Register and report directly into senior management. Acting much like a Planning Manager, your role is to ensure all future maintenance works are effectively prioritised, organised, and aligned with long-term strategic objectives.

You will:

Develop and manage 5-year maintenance plans

Ensure full visibility and accuracy of all assets

*

Utilise CAFM systems to optimise planning and execution

*

Embed best practices aligned with ISO55000 standards

*

Collaborate closely with technical teams to align maintenance with asset lifecycle goals

What We're Looking For

*

3-5 years' FM experience, specifically within M&E environments

*

Proven experience in managing or developing long-term maintenance plans

*

Strong knowledge of CAFM systems

*

Expertise in asset management, ideally with ISO55000 implementation or compliance

*

A proactive, strategic mindset with excellent organisational skills
