SALARY: £28000 - £29000 per annum

To work as a Learning & Development specialist within a Finance & Legal team.

Client Details

Our client is a leading Financial services business based in Leeds. With a national presence, they are looking to hire a Learning & Development specialist to join their team.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Design and deliver a range of training solutions and strategic goals to include e-learning
  • Ensure adherence to policies and champion compliance
  • Support the effective communication, launch and marketing of training material
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify and understand skill gaps, recommend and implement appropriate actions
  • Take responsibility for the planning and scheduling of learning sessions
  • Support the continuous development of the Induction programmes
  • Management of training evaluation


  • Full 360 training experience - design and delivery
  • E-learning exposure
  • Strong communication skills and ability to plan, organise and manage time effectively
  • Use of Articulate software - desirable
  • Able to work strict compliance regulations
