About the Role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Andover from September 2026.

You will be teaching Art across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that encourage creativity, self-expression, and the development of practical artistic skills. The department is well-resourced, with schemes of work in place to support high-quality teaching while allowing room for your own creative input.

This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about fostering a love of Art in students.

Ideal Candidate

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching Art in UK secondary schools

Ability to teach KS3 and KS4

Strong classroom management and organisational skills

Passion for Art and creative education

A collaborative and proactive approach
